What is HYSIL?

HYSIL is an advanced industrial insulation brand, offering sustainable solutions with high structural strength, low thermal conductivity, and minimal shrinkage.

In July 2020, Calderys acquired HYSIL, a prominent Indian manufacturer specializing in calcium silicate thermal insulation products, with the goal of expanding its range of high temperature solutions.

 

HYSIL is manufactured using eco-friendly fuels, helping optimize energy use and reduce CO₂ emissions for its users. Made from Hydrous Calcium Silicate, HYSIL insulation is available in the form of pipe sections and blocks. These products are specifically designed for high-temperature systems, serving as outer insulation for pipes and as backup insulation behind refractory linings, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. 


As an inorganic, non-combustible, and eco-friendly material, it complies with the stringent physical and thermal property standards set by IS 8154, IS 9428, BS 3958 Part II, and ASTM C 533. It is exclusively manufactured at our state-of-the-art production facility in Dharuhera, India, ensuring consistent quality and a reliable supply to meet market demands efficiently.
