Attend our technical presentation on January 15. Our experts will present a case study around path-breaking nano-bond castable SUPRAMON against AFR (alternative fuels); for better performance

Executive summary: Alternative fuels and raw materials have significantly increased in cement manufacturing over the last decade. They have proved to be very beneficial, as they reduce carbon emissions of a cement production plant. However, those alternative fuels have their own set of challenges for the refractory lining of a kiln. Calderys came with a solution: its nano-bond castable SUPRAMON HS (SS37) , a high performing castable, this refractory product increases the service life of castable at kiln inlet areas, riser and calciner cone areas. It also has coating repellent properties.
