SRU - Main Combustion Section
Sulphur recovery units convert hydrogen sulfide into sulfur. Hydrogen sulfide is burned in the reaction furnace and combined with sulfur dioxide to create sulfur.
These units (SRU - Main Burner, Main Combustion Chamber and Waste Heat Boiler) are under attack from high temperatures, thermal shock, and sulphur. Calderys has a complete range of CO-resistant materials and engineering designs to withstand the demanding requirements of the SRU.
