Calderys to showcase advanced foundry solutions at IFEX 2026

From February 12 - 14 2026, Calderys is pleased to announce its participation in IFEX 2026 – the 22nd International Exhibition on Foundry Technology, Equipment, Supplies and Services, held concurrently with the 74th Indian Foundry Congress. Taking place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon, Mumbai, IFEX 2026 is a key platform for the Indian and international foundry community to connect, exchange knowledge, and explore new technologies supporting the industry’s rapid growth.

Calderys will welcome visitors at Booth G19–21 & G25–27, Hall 2, showcasing solutions designed to improve productivity, extend campaign life, and support safe, reliable foundry operations.

Comprehensive solutions for iron, steel, aluminum and non-ferrous foundries

At IFEX 2026, Calderys will present a broad portfolio of refractory and application-driven solutions covering key foundry processes, including:

Visitors will be able to explore how Calderys’ solutions are engineered to deliver consistent performance under demanding operating conditions.

CALDE® SILICA MIX and integrated foundry performance

A key highlight at the Calderys booth will be CALDE® SILICA MIX, Calderys’ signature solution using quartzite formed under exceptional conditions in Sweden’s Dalsland region and processed in our Åmål plant in Sweden. The product has the highest grade of raw material in the world. Designed to support stable furnace operation and long campaign life, CALDE® SILICA MIX reflects Calderys’ integrated approach — from raw material control to finished product performance.

Combined with Calderys’ expertise in installation, maintenance, and technical support, these solutions help foundries optimize total cost of ownership while maintaining high operational reliability.

Strengthening local manufacturing: updates from the Odisha plant

Calderys will also share important updates on its manufacturing facility in Odisha, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to India’s foundry and steel industries.

Two monolithic production lines are already operational, with acidic and basic brick lines going live later this year. The plant will also house two production lines of steel casting fluxes and taphole clays. Once fully developed, the Odisha site is set to become the world’s largest single-site refractories and fluxes plant, supporting India’s rapidly growing industrial demand with reliable, locally manufactured solutions.

Meet Calderys at IFEX 2026
