Thanks to the combination of Calderys and HWI, we are now able to manufacture a carefully selected range of HWI’s products in Europe, bringing EMEA customers short lead times, small stock holdings at customer sites, and high levels of local, technical support.

HWI, A Member of Calderys, was the first to introduce chrome alumina refractories to the industry, pioneering technology to help optimize the life of customers’ units. Through the application of specific refractory products, our copper solutions provide extreme protection in select high-wear areas. This innovative design has extended the campaign life of many customers’ units.
