A strong end to 2025 for Calderys in India: Quality Excellence and Safety Milestones
From national recognition for quality innovation to outstanding safety milestones across installation operations, these accomplishments highlight the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork that define Calderys.
Quality Excellence Recognized at the National Level
On December 21, 2025, Calderys achieved a milestone at the 39th National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC 2025), one of India’s most prestigious platforms for quality excellence.
Our team “The Achievers – Allied Six Sigma” from the Nagpur plant was honored with the Par Excellence Award for their impactful case study titled: “Improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness of Tap-Hole Clay Plant”. This recognition aligns perfectly with the convention’s theme, “Quality Concepts for Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat,” emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and self-reliance in Indian manufacturing.
The achievement reflects the collective effort and expertise of Randhir Kumar, Ayush Gadge, Nikita Deshmukh, Swapnil Waghmare, and extended team. Their work demonstrates how structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement can deliver measurable operational excellence. Calderys in India also extends its appreciation to the Quality Circle Forum of India for providing a valuable platform to showcase best practices in quality management.
